All of our team members at The Glass Centre in Brighton & Hove are PAYE, which means they never have to rush a project or cut corners. They are afforded the time, tools and materials to provide a first rate job every time. They are encouraged to take up any extra training they require to enable them to fully fulfil their potential in their given roles. Most of the team are long time served and even the newest additions feel this is the company for their long-term future. Having been in the business for over 45 years we feel we have the longevity factor to hold on to our valued, professional team members and continue to provide our clients both old and new with a service that is second to none.![]() |
TONY GRAVENORTony has been at the helm of the ship since 1969, having completed his comprehensive training including an Indentured Apprenticeship and a Construction Technician City and Guilds award at Saunders Glass Brighton. His knowledge of the glass world and business acumen is rivalled by few. He has steered the company successfully through two recessions never compromising his staff or clients in the process. He remains our driving force and an influential and popular member of the local business community. |

RYAN DENNISRyan has been with us since 1992, joining us from school. He has worked his way up through the company to become our Senior Installer. He has continued studying whilst carrying out his full-time position going on the achieve NVQ Level 2 Window Installation & Fenestration & obtaining a CSCS Skilled card.His working ethos is something that is carried out by all our staff, of which is quality is paramount and the old cliché of the customer is king. His priority when leading his team is to ensure that out our three key words are put into practice, Cleanliness (there is no point in having work done only for the workman to leave you with all the cleaning up to do), punctuality and politeness. He is an insurmountable professional and you can rely on him to answer any queries you have whilst your work is being carried out. |

JAMIE HOSTYJamie joined us in 2006 again almost straight from school. We actively encourage our staff to continue their training, therefore Jamie has achieved an NVQ Level 2, CSCS Skilled card and also the addition of IPAF Accredited user. This enables Jamie to operate our machinery to work at height, enabling us to carry out work on flats and offices keeping both our staff and clients safe.Although Jamie is one of the youngest members of the Glass Centre team at 21 he has maturity above his years and you will find him courteous and professional at all times. |

CHRIS TILBURYChris though being one of the newest members on our team having joined is in 2009 he has brought with him experience and expertise from his previous positions. He has achieved NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry, CSCS Gold card and is our other fully trained First Aider. Before he joined the Glass Centre full-time he worked for us on an ad-hoc basis and has proved himself worthy of the Glass Centre uniform. |

PAT FOXPat is the longest serving member of our team having joined in 1983, he is our Glass Shop Manager and is always on hand in the shop with a friendly smile and heaps of knowledge. He like the rest of the staff has not neglected his studies having achieved NVQ Level 3 Glass Processing and a CSCS Gold card. He delivers a first-rate service and is always willing to give advice for any of your glass and glazing requirements. |

WESLEY ALLENWes is another new addition to the team, having been hired as an assistant to Pat. He has quickly picked up on our company philosophy of training and advancement and achieved NVQ Level 2 Glass Processing and CSCS Skilled card.Being under Pat’s skillful wing he has grown in confidence and has become another valuable asset in the growing Glass Centre family. |

MARTINE MORGANMartine joined us in 2007 to manage our accounts. Previously employed as Product Manager at a global technology marketing company after having served there for 10 years Martine joined the Glass Centre and continues to enhance our accounts department, with her technology and account management experience. |

JOE GRAVENORJoe (AKA Tony's Dad) has worked tirelessly for the Glass Centre since the early days of the company. Managing the smooth running of the yard and our free delivery service. |
